What if I have my own dictation system?
You can continue to use your own dictation system. You can send us any kind of audio file you have (Olympus - dss file, Sony, Vox files or any other audio format).
How do I upload or forward my dictations?
- Audio recorded with digital handheld recorders or PC microphone can be uploaded directly to our HIPAA compliant secure FTP server (128 bit encryption). Please get in touch with us for access to the FTP server.
- Using a dial-in dictation service over the toll-free telephone, which is available 24/7 all days of the week. Please get in touch with us for activating a Dial-In Service Account ID for you.
Do you supply dictation equipment?
We do offer "Dial-in" dictation facility. In case you need a hand held recorder, we can provide the same.
What is the cost involved with your service?
We assure a lot of saving with our down to earth pricing. Not cheap, but economical - a huge difference. Our pricing per line, with plans starting from US $0.07 per line (65 chars with spaces) without any compromise on quality. The pricing will vary according to your requirement or the mode of dictation, and the TAT. Pricing on a per line basis is the most accurate, though if required we also quote per page or per minute of dictation whichever is a better option for you. The prices are almost 30 to 40 percent lower when compared to in-house or very much less compared to other service providers.
What is your billing cycle?
Just pay us at least once a month. That is all we expect. Monthly Invoice which you can pay in 30 days from date of invoice. You can save further by the bonus we offer on timely payments over and above the low pricing.
